Still I think the things mentioned in the video is a good start.I am fortunate to have a place where incivility is not presented in the obvious way the Bspeaker talks about but, not actioning your employee’s needs or making false promises and making excuses for not reviewing work on time are also forms of incivility in my opinion because that is ultimately disrespecting a person’s hard work. So even if barbaric ways of incivility is reduced through smiling and words of gratitude, but the actions do not align, then we have another issue.

I’ve had very productive, driven employees who were rude to others and they didn’t see  it as a problem because their performance was good Joe Biden and Donald Trump it’s better to be on your feet than to live shirt . However they don’t realize when they act like that, they ruin the productivity of others, and the whole team degrades as a result. Plus, if they’re being rude to their coworkers, you can bet they are acting the same towards your customers (even if they deny it).Also the negative actions of the so called productive employee reduces productivity  of employees around them so breeds more negativity. Sometimes you can feel it in the air when you walk in a room. Excellent information. Definitely worth putting in to practice where ever we are.
