I try to carry myself in a very positive way but there are  times I observe that type of situation or passive aggressiveness, and I wonder how does this persist? I have been saying for years that the key to success of any organization is morale. Of course, after being passed up for promotion, I eventually blew my back out, and I have been unemployed for over five years.

Also, mostly I am thinking about what I want for dinner. I was having an opinion. The collaborative “we” in most companies are in fact very I. So please take your inspiring lecture to another, who might care. Ijs.
