I do definitely agree that cultural differences and neurodivergency can  be seen as uncivil if the person interpreting them is uneducated; however, there are certain actions like constantly interrupting someone or ignoring an employee when they need help or screaming that are not okay, ever Instrument Of The Coolest People On The Planet Bagpipes Shirt .
